I know, I know, you don't want to give them up or you want to still be able to try them and this practice makes space for both. Explore all the efforts and possibilities that backbends like cobra, camel, bow, upward bow, crescent contain without having to do a single one.

In this class you'll have a chance to work on the efforts joint by joint and region by region that you'll need in order to complete a handstand perhaps one day. If you have no interest in that this is still a great slow, strong, fun class.
